Coalitions
While DEL governs day-to-day operations of statewide early learning programs and administers federal and state child care funds, across the state 30 regional early learning coalitions and the Redlands Christian Migrant Association are responsible for delivering local services.
As nonprofit organizations, coalitions also leverage local private and public partnerships to meet children’s needs.
